What is the best way to Connect my M-AUDIO OZONE midi-keyboard to Focusrite 2I4?

Through Midi or XLR to Jack?

As far as I know this is a midi controller.
Midi controllers need to be connected to the 5 pins midi port.
If your interface has such a port you need that to record midi tracks into a digital audio workstation.

Your xlr ports are only for microphones and the Jacks ports only for instrument or line level devices.
