Hi there!

i am about to buy a Focusrite Forte, but after reading thoroughly the user manual i can't find an answer to the following:

can Forte USB interface work as standalone unit? i mean... can it route its audio inputs to its outputs without needing a computer plugged via USB? Thats a very important feature for my set up.

Hola Alvaro,
The Focusrite Forte is not a standalone interface, it needs to be connected to your computer via USB 2.0 to operate.
