Dears!

I have a saffire Pro 24, Mac Pro 10.7.5 no problems at all with all professional software etc..

BUT: any video or browserwork makes my saffire pro crackle like hell.
Videoplayback constant crackle
scrolling in browser sounds interesting but is not really the point…

please: is there any help how I can fix this?

Please include details such as what browser you're having the problems with, what other browsers you've tried.
Having a look to see if there are any updated versions of those browsers will help.
Also what version of Mix Control you're using, you may wish to update to the latest beta version 3.4:
