Focusrite has opened a new contest that will reward a solo singer/musician with an international record deal.
In partnership with Caroline Records (Universal Music Group) and for the occasion of the launching of the iTrack Pocket audio and video interface/dock for iPhone, Focusrite offers one lucky singer/musician the opportunity to sign a record deal with international digital distribution, promotion and marketing.
To participate, upload to YouTube a video of your solo performance with an original composition sung and played by you, and fill out the form available at focusrite.com before June 10th, 2015. Focusrite adds that you don’t need high end audio and video gear, only your performance will be judged. Only one video per participant is accepted.
Focusrite will choose 10 participants but Caroline Records will have the final word. The name of the grand winner will be announced on the social networks in June.
