Fuzz-like effect ... but good for me, the WB is not really a fuzz in the sense of the term hendrixien (the Dallas Arbiter is a true ...)
It's analog, but the electronics is much less pretty to look on my old BM Russian.
Otherwise, big advantage of this model have a standard power supply (by which I mean Boss type)
Otherwise, 3 knobs, they are known: Sustain, Tone and Volume
UTILIZATION
Very simple ... quickly found its sound even a guy (or girl) who have never played ... do not scratch
SOUND QUALITY
The Big Muff ... It's legendary, it's part of the pedals to have my opinion ...
It is a grain, a sound, not too versatile ...
I love it.
Compared to the Russian that I possessed, by the by less spin is a little more specific, in fact, I prefer it in its (though many prefer the opposite)
There are very grain of Floyd, Black Sabbath ...
I also love to Lead the parts of songs like "My Iron Lung" or "creep" by Radiohead although this effect is far enough from the Shredmaster used by Greenwood ...
Only flaw ... a lot of breath ... Anyway, it was a fuzz, I think I'm exaggerating by saying that.
It's bold, it's not accurate at all but we love it!
Other details ... I would find it a bit more gain than the Russian BM (st a little less dynamic ...)
OVERALL OPINION
I just buy it to replace my BM Russian, I had not tried before but from what I read above, she corrected the flaws I found in Russian.
I am very satisfied, an inimitable grain, a very affordable ... nothing special to complain
