Published on 04/19/13 at 05:43Normal installation, nothing to report. The general configuration is pretty easy once you understand the concept of routing. No incompatibilities priori, but it is see below. The manual is clear but we still regret a search function sentences.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
PC computer quad core i5, 4G ram, 64 bit windows 7, sound card RME Fireface 800, UAD2 DSP card.
Software plant regularly, at least once each session. In addition to setting buffers below 128, I can not overload the UAD plugs, it cracks and it crashes. Result, I have latency. Cubase, I turn 64 as a clock buffers.
In short, it is not stable at all, I do not dare open for pro sessions.
OVERALL OPINION
The feature I like most is its look. It is very beautiful and very pleasant to use. What I like the least, however, is its weight in terms of resources, its instability on PC and that the bounce can only be done real time. It is painful. There is no 64-bit version lacks a corrector accuracy for voice (autotune) and it is also a bit pricey. In short, to look pretty but it is perfect to turn pro, I prefer Cubase 6 or 7 that I find much more complete, cheaper and more stable.
