Magix has released 2016 versions of Samplitude Music Studio and its little brother Music Studio.
The difference between both DAW versions resides in the number of functionalities and included plugins: while Samplitude Music Studio 2016 features 19 diverse virtual instruments, Music Studio 2016 only has 4; while the flagship version allows multitrack recording in 24-bit/96 kHz studio quality, the lesser version is limited to 16-Bit/48 kHz. Also, the first is compatible with VST2 and VST3 plugins while the second only allows VST2. Samplitude Music Studio 2016 also allows to operate a recording using the Magix Audio Remote app, and includes project templates.
Samplitude Music Studio 2016 is available for $99.99/€99.99/£69.99.
Music Studio 2016 is available for $49.99/€49.99/£34.99.
