In fact, Sonar lack of features around the management of "expressions" of instruments. So I bought Cubase Artist. The installation is done, I would say, not too bad ... this is a little less plug and play as Sonar, but runs very well here today.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
The software seems to work well even if I am little used.
OVERALL OPINION
In fact, I regret my purchase because I quickly returned to Sonar. The reasons are manifold. Cubase is ugly ... interface with a fully Has been the track settings are less convenient (I think) ... and I had a small crash. function that interested me, I tried to use it with the VSL and I'm not happened. I came back to Sonar is not a priori dedicated to users like me (I'm more orchestration loops rap) but he understands the basics. For cons, I'm probably not very objective because after 10 years of loyalty to Sonar, I had a lot of benchmarks that I was not with Cubase ... one Cubase aficionados might have the opposite feeling towards Sonar!
