Analog Delay by MXR
1 switch chorus
1 button mix, the presence of the effect
1 button regen, repeat
1 button delay, delay
2 Indoor trimpot (width and speed)
9V power supply

UTILIZATION

I use the Mix 4, Regen 1 and the delay to 2-3 with the chorus button enabled, I am used primarily mode Tape Echo / Echoplex delay type on the clean channel and a little Drive mode, after all the expense of rhythm ... I do not use it to boost the Lead I Flashback to it

SOUND QUALITY

I hesitated between the Wampler Faux Tape Echo EP Booster Xotic and after the test is to MXR that I folded, the difference is played on the chorus switch that brings a real plus adding depth attention anyway the Wampler Faux Tape Echo is a very good pedal against it by a gas plant and it is not given € 217 ... Xotic EP Booster on what is essentially a booster nothing to do with the real Echoplex, it colors the sound much but it is not a Tape Delay is very bare ... Then there's the MXR Carbon of grain already immediately we are not in the bright, dark is it a 70s vintage touch sauce, then we like it or not ... with a Telecaster, "Grace" by Jeff Buckley, or a Grestch "rock this town" a KILLER, I rediscovered the clean channel of my amp a little and suddenly my guitars, it is as if I had all my booster which was finally set very flat, basically I went from A cup to F cup and all that, of course ... LOL

OVERALL OPINION

This is a pedal that I sold and I finally bought ... 150 € Pedal for use tape Echo / Delay for me it suits me, I did not necessarily want to invest more Gender Wampler Faux Tape Echo to € 217 or Fulltone Tape Echo to 1329 € ... the quality / price ratio remains honest, I do it again
Otherwise pedal used by Joe Perry in the 2011-2012 tour
