UTILIZATION

With all the possible settings, you can use the manual, very well done, in French quickly discover all the different sounds you can have. After must be made to find his SON! All the settings are super effective!

Mastering settings is very fast, each button speaks for itself by its name ...

SOUND QUALITY

Well then there must be clear and precise: it's a HUGE coming out of this little box!

I have a stratocaster deluxe, with a Peavey DeltaBlues mounted on a ppc412 Orange (I remove the HP of course peavey !...) Well I made jealous ...

It's a full preamp, I compared the sound to a head XLrevo 120: The Tonebone plugged directly into the effects loop for not going through the preamp, compared to "large" channel of the head .. .
Ba the Tonebone is comparable to the preamp section of the revo .... Whether at the level of gain accuracy, harmonics, cleanliness of the ... I think there heads who have trouble to do so. Basically, if you have a power amp lamp of good quality, with this kind of pedal you can boast the same sound with a full head lamps that it would have cost you an arm and a head .. .

OVERALL OPINION

The trick of such a boring pedal is what is good in several areas: the crunch, the big rock to rock already very very nasty ... (There's the british version for metals ...) So the shot we want, or change its settings for each song played to always have the sound, is to have 2 or 3 to get his few sounds.

I use it for more than 6 months, no worries, I got it for less than € 210 (Please Gillou!). Then it's on it already but a sum comparable to what you would spend for the same sound with a head ....

And if it again I would resume the same! (Not British because I'm not too metal ...) to have two;)

I have to make recordings for you to enjoy ... But you can listen to on the site of Tonebone (http://www.tonebone.com/tb-classic.htm) And for fans of Eric Johnson, you will be pleasantly surprised!
