Lace® has released two new models in the Lace Sensor® series of pickups.
First, of the new models is the Emerald Sensor, designated with an Emerald green logo. It is designed specifically for that “Texas tone”, but without the noise, and increased sustain. Suggested positions for the Emerald are middle and neck. Resistance is measured at 5.7k.
The Purple Sensor is designed to fill in gap between the Lace Sensor® Blue and the Burgundy Sensor. This sensor is designed for hot over wound tone for the bridge position. It can also be used for the neck position, if the player requires a P-90 tone to inspire. Resistance is measured at 10.5k.
Combining the two new Sensors in a “Super Pack” with a reverse wound Silver Sensor in the middle for added ultra low noise operation is also available as a set.
Both pickups as well as the set are available in black, white or cream covers with signature Lace Sensor® logo in corresponding colors.
All Lace Sensors are patented and feature Barrium Ferrite magnets, Lace Micro Matrix Comb® and compression magnetic technology.
Suggested Retail for the Emerald is $ 89.99, Purple is $ 99.99 and the Super Pack of 3 is $ 199.99. All pickups in retail packaging come with a mini CD for installation and the latest Lace news and catalogs.
