Here we have a reverb pedal format, it could not be more simple: one in, one out, a base for 9v power supply (Boss type, no worries with my Dunlop DC Brick).
So: no editing Mac / PC, not rack (pedalboard but not small either).
It has four models of digital reverbs:
- Spring: imitation of spring reverb (at the bottom of these tanks amps)
- Room: reflection of an average room
- Hall reverb to love you where to play
- Flerb: Set sparingly, it is a reverb with a big flanger type modulation

The look is sober in his classic brushed aluminum case of EHX.

UTILIZATION

The configuration is too simple for my taste: for the price of the software are 15x better obviously, but hey it's true it's not the same thing ...

I do not know what looks like the manual and if there is one, but there only to turn the pots according to these parameters:
- Blend: from left to right we are going from wet to dry (clean to the effect of what)
- Amount: this rule roughly the length of the reverb tail
- The type of reverb (four positions rotary switch, not a potentiometer)

SOUND QUALITY

I use it with guitar and keyboards, and I think it sounds good, it does its job well enough reverb with what she is capable.

That said, the number of parameters is really too small for my taste, and very narrow range of sounds ... Two parameter to edit the reverberation of a space is too little for me.
And personally I think they sound all too spring reverb, you do not really feel the environment you want, the illusion sound is not as complete as with the plug ins that I used.
That said, if it is destined to go to an amp, enough to enrich the sound.

What hurts me the most is the lack of predealy!

The flerb is very special, once again, it's a very static, which does not offer much opportunity and does not dazzle with its beauty. I love the weird sounds and tweaking tons of wacky stuff, but here's a little thing like limit. Blend with the little push that can enrich the sound a certain way.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 6 months roughly, and it is true that the sound comes out what is hot enough and enhanced / embellished sounds. It is obviously much better than the icy reverb of a multi purpose zoom (compared with the G2 in support) or that of my old integrated amp (Peavey Vypyr 15, we all have a difficult past, right?), But Today virtually all software reverbs I tested are much better (and allow more settings, I tested it in Garage Band, Logic, NI, IK Multimedia ...).

So to be quick, to the blessed who will not read all these opinions, here is the long awaited "the most and least"!

(+) Format pedal for those who loves (though a little big)
(+) Construction: no surprises, so good: true bypass, resistant, LED status, power supply 9v
(+) Good sound overall, used to thicken and embellish his sound and sound quality is frankly that we can go.
(+) Settings childish ...

(-) ... that reduce the sound palette
(-) Very limited edition (no pre delay!)
(-) Nothing new: No usb, no stereo, no MIDI sync ... Although this is a reverb, we find nothing revolutionary.

I think the value for money is not that bad, I would advise a good opportunity, especially that they have aged very well, but nine price levels I do not think it's worth it!
