Nad C326 BEE

The following opinion could be classified into two categories:
I used the NAD C326BEE as an integrated amplifier, and I now use as a preamplifier (followed by a Quad 405 amp).

a) As integrated amplifier
Usage is very simple, the connections present no difficulty. The unit comes with an easy to handle, simple and clearly understandable remote.
All this has only classical elements, without extravagance. All right.

Note that there is no phono input. We must plan a pre-amp to listen to 33 t. It does not matter; better not phono a phono input of poor quality. We then have the choice of pre-amp.

Important detail: it should also be noted that there is a line output to a subwoofer.

The sound is quite correct, the stamps are respected. At most, we can notice a certain lightness in the bass, easily offset by pitch correction. In this regard, it should be noted a peculiarity. The apparatus includes a ("tone defeat") button to possibly override the correction of bass and treble. But even with the correction of "zero" (there is a notch in the middle position of the button) the sound is not really the same when moving from the "tone defeat" position to the position correction service; it is clearly noticeable.
Relative thinness of any serious and lower midrange is acceptable given the price of the device.

b) as a preamp

The power amplifier is a Quad 405.

Here, everything changes. Include all aspect both fleshy and sensual need of serious and midbass. The pitch correction is not useful, and you can use the "tone defeat" position without feeling the slightest frustration.
As a preamp, NAD is excellent, I did not notice any significant difference in the sound between the C326BEE preamp only and Quad 33 preamp that I used for a long time.

This device fulfills its mission, that is what I expected from him.
I would do this choice, the value is excellent (especially since I have received a considerable discount on the internet).

Bowls on these low-end stuff 200-300 €. Otherwise I do a lot of amplified music.

The bass is super laid down is ca bas.Les mediums are very muffled.
The acute and discrete files very haut.C is linéaire.Je uses with 3-way studio monitors and a map yannacoustique RME FIERFACE 400 in a room acoustically correct enough (although a bit small 13m ²) and all me seem to go together.
I recommend this amp for the little mix and stay for hours listening to a little mix musique.Je say because it may be too embellished for the sound power 2X50W mix.Le and well in a small studio.
Both sound settings (bass and treble) are serious, we are not completely wrong to use bowls but to adapt to different mix, they are very efficient on strips quite tightened.
The perfecion does not exist but I put 10 qd same.
