My father bought in the early 80's I believe, the connection to the turntable and tuner at the time. I recovered 3 months ago in order to try it as a preamp. It was designed for the evenings, the hi-fi, or karaoke: 2 mono mic input,
Input Line, Main IN / OUT Tape recorder IN, AUX, phono1, 2 phono, tuner etc ...
I like the look, weight, reliability, quality of transistors, and authenticity,
everything that no longer exists in laplupart consumer products for 15 years.
It helps me a boost my passive speakers 3A, which are used for monitoring.
Not great a hi-fi amplifier for monitoring of you tell me. True, we must get to know him and know his speakers.
There is a stereo auxiliary input leads connected to a preamp or a table!
For use as a preamp, it's good that the signal passes through the Scott (auxiliary). The equalizer colors the sound a lot but can also boost. Why not?
Before this one, I worked with the ART DPS2 (which I changed the lamp of course), flexible preamp with a good rappport money, but not the big sound.
I tried to go through the Scott, and there, adjusting well, the gain-rounded and dynamic is considerable. Now, with the signal quality of scott, and flexibility of DPS2, I make a lot of time taken by my live bass guitar etc ...
