JBL Northridge E50

Speakers excellent in every way! So much for the HIFI for home theater.

The JBL E50 bookshelf speaker is the high end of the series Northridge.

It is a 3-way, 3 hp with a maximum power of 150 W. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. You can associate it with the speaker column E90 and EC35 center, you will get an exellent home cinema you can complete with the E250P subwoofer.

Inspired horizontal monitors that JBL provides the best studio recordings of the world, the speaker horizontal / vertical shelf mirror image of Northridge ™ E50 is a compact solution to flood the room sound. It can be combined with a center channel or subwoofer Northridge E to create a powerful home theater system.
The E50 works like a pro, with technology developed by JBL's Professional division. Equipped with JBL tweeters quality tested with a rolling of titanium and PolyPlas ™ engine, the speaker reproduces high notes with extreme clarity. The bass and mids, assisted by the remarkable twin ports FreeFlow ™ are perfect, without distortion or unwanted noise. The waveguide Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal (EOS ™) ensures that every seat in the room are the best melodic music and intelligible dialogue, or just to enjoy music. Since the transducers are designed specifically to work together in harmony, the network simple frequency division JBL Straight-Line Signal Path ™ (SSP) splits the signal process with a minimum (and the best way not to degrade the signal ). Sets of double-resistant terminals 5-way gold plated bi-wiring and allow amplification. With high and low frequencies isolated, the E50's three transducers can reproduce your frequency ranges with greater efficiency and accuracy. The display case designed by computer with tabs stuck eliminates distortion and its thin profile does not saturate the room.
