Simple Microphone Amplifier needed

Hello,

I am setting up a sound system for a church that's going to be outputting a signal from a microphone into an FM transmitter. The FM transmitter has a standard RCA left and right stereo jacks as inputs for sound. The problem is that I cannot find a simple microphone amplifier system that outputs sound onto RCA sockets. All I would need is volume control and maybe some equalizer control, but nothing fancy. Any ideas?
