DiMarzio and Joe Satriani worked for two years on the first “Satch’s” Signature single coil pickup for guitar.
Available under reference DP425, the Satch Track Joe Satriani Signature is a neck pickup (but DiMarzio adds that you can use it in any position). The Fast Track-type pickup is described as vocal and musical with a clean and accurate sound just like a single coil but with the richness of a humbucker.
