Published on 11/30/01 at 15:00I acquired this unit from Guitar Trader (online) ... they had the best package deal with a Les Paul Classic ... I paid $799 for the 2-12, 150W combo amp
This unit's acoustic channel (4th) is awesome ... makes your guitar sound really close to an acoustic without changing guitars ... also the OverDrive 1 & 2 channels are great for leads ...
I wish it were not so heavy ... about 60 lbs. .. but it is solidly built .. so that is probably why ... also wish there was a digital display of which effect is being used ... it is set up as a rotary dial know with 16 positions ...
Rock solid Marshall construction ... well laid out controls ... sturdy durable footswitch to change channels
If you want a great amp, this it it!
