Published on 12/19/02 at 15:00I bought this guitar at Woodsy's Music in Kent Ohio for around $800. I picked it for its tone, not its looks.
The sound is great. For a smallish sized guitar it is loud and full sounding.
It's a bit plain.
The construction quality is great. It has tolerated much neglect, but when it was lined-up recently, it plays better than ever.
It was worth every penny. I won't give it a five because of cosmetic plainness alone. The soun and playability are clear 6's.
