[NAMM] Aria Guitars XM-9 and XP-9 coming to NAMM

Aria will introduce at the NAMM Show 2014 two new guitars from the Aria Pro II series: the XM-9 and XP-9.

Both the XM-9 (Stratocaster style) and XP-9 (Les Paul-inspired) will be available in black and white finish.

The XM-9 has basswood body and a 25.5" scale maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fretboard. It is equipped with two EMG humbucker pickups (85 at the neck and 81 at the bridge), one volume and one tone control, a three-way pickup selector switch, and a Kahler 4300 tremolo tailpiece. It features black hardware.

For its part, the XP-9 has mahogany body and neck, rosewood fretboard, 24 frets and 25.5” scale length. It has EMG85 (neck) and EMG81 (bridge) humbucker pickups, one volume and one tone control, a three-way pickup selector switch, and a Kahler 4200 tremolo system. The hardware is black as well.

Aria still hasn’t made public the availability nor the price, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you posted!
