SOUNDS
Come on, plugs: clean sound, plugged into a peavey studio pro 112 (transistors), we immediately find the trs beautiful warm sound;
micro serious dlivre a warm and round with good DEFINITIONS.
micro acute, more "percussive" is brighter and sharp without being aggressive.
Plugs into an ENGL "all lamps" clean sounds keep the same CHARACTERISTICS but are magnified by the tubes ... we suspected it!
levels between the two microphones are in balance or position intermdiaire (severe acute over) that combines roundness and punch without loss of level.
if you really push the gain we get in large saturations but we understand that the "weaknesses" of violin making is offset by the large output level and color of the house microphones: it is a lesser evil that price. ..
Crunches are nice and saturations are quite powerful
the characters of the microphones are well respected in all positions (from slecteur, of course ...).
large saturation DEFINITIONS keep a correct and do their job
OVERALL OPINION
Sounds obtained are versatile enough and can cover many styles tanquilement, but beware, it's not a Start!
lgre, enjoyable round, trs beautiful clean tones, saturation nerve ... but it has no default!? if, if: the finishes are improved, including the white plastic nut (beurk!), but it's really to quibble ... especially since it is possible to have it replaced by a graphite nut!
the microphones are inflated to give the punch that the violin "for beginners game" (not pjoratif eh!) can provide
if you find it in time, Do not hesitate!
even after the trial has lost against PRS gibson, it will become rare (collector?)
added 30/04/05:
comes from the dual-sided, the "small" Trmonti admitted weaknesses:
the dual, ruthless, dmasqu unambiguously lack of exellence of this little guitar, trs remaining player on amplifiers less demanding!
but on the Mesa is the verdict: realigned
then resold ...
I think it was a happy, at least I Espree!
