Purchased on the Internet two months ago. It really is a killer!
I was looking for a complete kit at an affordable price. The offer in this sector has exploded in recent times and I had a hard time making my choice. I had the opportunity to see different kits really interesting (Samson, Shure, Prodipe) but we have preamps with Phantom power supply for static (which is not my case). I chose this product for two main reasons:

1.The can be self-powered condenser microphones using a simple battery LR6 that is inserted into the slot under the cap. Goodbye phantom power! A switch on the body of the microphone to activate or not battery power. The life of a battery in a position of record is at least 4 hours.

2.The kit comes with all mounting clamps for dynamic mics (4 clamps) and with pliers and windscreens for the three static. This represents a real difference compared to other kits I've seen. Indeed, the clamp alone costs 15 euros (at Stagg is the cheapest I think the market). So a little math: 4 x 15 = 60 euros saved. Nice.
Use

No complaints for this price range. Drummer for 7 years, I used to use live following Shure (Beta 52 for kick drum and 56 for toms, SM57 for CC and 3 SM 81 for overheads and hi-hat. I used these mics with the band's sound engineer. one is left us so I think of finding a complete set with a tight budget.

In terms of production we see that the entry kit is neat, with microphones hanging in hand. All looks solid and well finished. Nice black carrying case strengthened. As already mentioned the kit is very comprehensive there is even the batteries for a static set of keys to seal the case and avoid the microphones of rough handling on the part of unscrupulous persons (eg a brother)

Sound Quality

In terms of frequency response, at that price the result is simply extraordinary. The bass drum mic responds very well at low frequencies with a small peak to the 5 kHz to retrieve the type. Nothing to fear from a Beta 52!
The tom and snare mics really respect the sound of my drums. The timbre of the snare spring well and gives a relatively neutral sound recording and keeps a lot of dynamics.
And the best for last: the static. So there it is breathtaking. Exceptional clarity. My old sound engineer himself could not believe it. To say they are like SM-81 is only a step ...

Taken were conducted sound on acoustic instruments using a pair of static (classical guitar and piano) and again it's huge. The rendering is really clean and can record with a real studio quality.

In a word: monstrous

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 months

It's the bomb! Complete set, versatile (can record many instruments). Very good quality for this price range.

one small problem can be tightened at the tom mics. We must go ... Otherwise well done!

If this choice had to be rebuilt, I would do again in a heartbeat

Eight microphones in a beautiful case ...

Everything is included in: the windscreens, the clamps, batteries for static (in phantom power), the claws of the dynamics, and of course, the microphones!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a few weeks, and I must say I'm pretty happy! Already the price for having eight mics, 4 toms ties, it is rather rare! Then at the sound, they have a pretty good record, but do not expect the high-end brands ... There what it takes to the stage, it's still okay for models, but after a real studio, I do not think this is a good solution!

Much less than the briefcase is for the attachments toms ... Inconvenient, they do not give me confidence! Of course the big plus is the price, the box, batteries, the size of the briefcase!

I had not tried other models of the DM8 Prodipe before you buy, nothing to it day and night! I think it's a great product to start the sound battery!
I think I would do the choosing, without much hesitation!
