Thread using one keyboard on Reason an Live at the same time

Hi!
I want to use my midi Keyboard on Live AND Reason but it only works on one software.
I've got windows XP and it used to work when i had a different version on Windows on my Computer. I think I need a patch or an Windows update...
Does anyone know what kind of update that is and where to get it?

as far as I know, in Live you need to create a new midi track, then where it says "Midi to" you select Reason. underneath "reason" you should have a new selecion menu where u select which rack you want to send the MIDI to eg if you select Subtractor, you can use your midi keyboard with the Subtractor Synth in reason, at the same time using your keyboard with another midi track in Live. You also need to recive the audio coming from Reason, so in Live, create a new audio track, and then where it says "Audio From", select reason. Never heard anything about different OS, but I do know that in XP & MAC, if you open Live, then open Reason it's normal to get a control surface error in reason.
