Published on 09/07/12 at 01:07SKB 4U rack, with plastic molded hard, very strong, with 2 removable openings (doors), 4 pads on the bottom but also on one side.
The handles are molded plastic and are located on the sides. They were well in hand ... much better than some other racks (including SKB), or it is metal and lousy (not practical for those who have such big hands!)
I also note that you can racker 2 sides of the rack ... it is important to point out I think!
Dimensions:
Width: 57cm all (19 "or 48cm inside)
Depth: 42cm rail to rail, 46cm without doors, and therefore all 58cm (doors measuring 6cm each!)
Height: 24cm
It weighs about 6kg (5.8 exactly) ... empty of course!
I used to lug my gear "rack", obviously, because its strength is not to prove ...
I also have a 4U "Thon Eco II" (from Thomann), I leave home with other devices. In comparison, it is smaller, lighter but inspires less confidence to move it. There are still more "beautiful" look at a baffle (but that's a detail ... it was a break!)
Musically
