3 “hot” single coil pickups are installed in a special configuration designed to provide “humbucker” capability when the lead and center or neck and center pickups are utilized together. Custom made for the Castar, the single coil pickups are hand wound with Alnico 5 magnets for each string.

The Castar’s tremolo bridge is designed to be micro-adjustable to control the amount of up and down travel allowing float or fixed dive-bomb action.

The Ministar guitar lineup includes the Castar, Lestar, Testar, Rokstar, and Jazztar, and the bass lineup includes the Basstar, Basstar 5, Basstar F, and Basstar 5F.
