Shure Prologue 12L

This is a dynamic microphone, supposedly made for singing
an on / off switch

heavy, very heavy ...
paired is the ancestor of the SM57, I see no similarity.
I put 5 because it does not look, fair quality.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a few days.

I was given the microphone and seeing it shure I say "hold it in tiptop donf a shure gratis, so cool, I know not, but given Shure written on it will slide like a penguin on the ice. " In short I can not be disappointed because I have been spun, especially since it is in poor condition (more grid tape around)

I tested it in singing, guitar cover folk, guitar, bass, really it does not look, full of highs and high mids very imprecise, almost no bass.

compared to my 170A and my AKG Shure SM57 it is nothing, it rivals my first microphone, a "Okai" all rotten.

parcontre is where I think is interresting, it may be appropriate to use two very nice and this will make up his note:
-I have been looking for a micro Rocktron Banshee talkbox my transplant, my Okai was crap, my feeble akg, the sm57 not bad, but the prologue to his tears, but this can be innexplicable use is perfect for him.
-The second use of which I am most pleased is that the microphone reproduces very well in singing a special sound (Listen Frogs Alice In Chains to 5m20) which is very micro 50 years

I put him nine for two proposed uses just above, the rest I would put a can be 2.

With experience, you do again this choice? ...

if I find a 10 € 15 gladly, non BEYOND

I hope this helps, fans talkbox, treat you
