Published on 06/17/02 at 15:00I bought this guitar from my local Guitar Center for 130 dollars. I bought because I heard it plays well with Heavy metal music, and it was my first guitar and i wanted something for a cheap price.
This guitar was awesome. The sound was exactly what i was looking for. The pick ups were great, and the body design was amazing. I also like the fast neck.
Well there wasn't really anything i didn't like about the unit besides the fact that it was heavy (but you will get used to it), and that i had to buy that coffin case stuff just so I could bring my guitar to lessons. But someone told me that i could just get a big Bass guitar gig bag. (but that guy really didn't know crap about guitars) Oh yeah and i didn't like how the volume and tone knobs didn't have sound settings but you get use to that too.
This guitar is very very durable ive dropped it on accident many times and there are no scratches or knicks on it.
Well ive had this guitar for about 2 years now. The bottom line is that this guitar is AWESOME! Go out and buy one of these. Im so impressed with BC Rich guitars that i think im going to buy a NJ series warlock or Platinum series.
