    B.C. Rich Warlock platinum series

I received it as a gift from my brother. it was a bit beaten, but still had a very good sound. Perfect for metal. I am a beginner, and used it for a sixth grade concert.

The shape and sound are awesome. Turns a few heads.

a little bit of fret buzz, but that can be fixed.

Very good American Made quality. I'd reccomend it.

A great guitar with a heavy sound, with practicly no flaws.

I bought this guitar about 6 months ago for $300 at my local guitar center. I got it because I wanted a guitar that was not too expensive, yet still had good quality, and killer looks.

There is many good things about this guitar. First off, I like the price. But as far as the instrament itself...fisr off, playability. TEh action is set very very low on this guitar, enabling one to pplay quickly and accrutly. The hardware itself (excemp for the tremilo) is very good. The Pick up's are great, and the tone is decent. ITs a good guitar to start with, and play in a band too.

What I don't like about it.. fist off.. The tremolo system is GOD AWFUL! That my major qualm.. The stings go out of tune often because of that, and it’s a pain to get the 100% correct tuning with the tremolo system. Playing in Drop D is great! But any lower then that the low E starts to slap the freetborad, and it gets annoying. Another thing, if you change the tuning on one string, chances are the other strings will go out due to the tremolo. Clean tone is not that great, but livable, and the low notes can overshadow the high ones when playing with distortion. And the black finish can get very minor scratches in it, from picking hard, but I guess that’s not a problem with the guitar.

I know it seems like a lot of problems, but its a good guitar really.

The construction is very good overall. I have never had a problem with the neck, tuners, pickup's or any of that. The only thing is the plug for the cable is one that is screwed into a plate on the side of the guitar, and if that nut gets lose, the sound quality drops, and you have to tighten it up, but its not a really bad thing.

But the construction is quite good.

I know it seems like there is a lot of problems, but this really is a fantastic guitar, and with a little bit of care.. and patience.. it will be a great instrument that will last for years.

Bought it from a local music shop for Lm185 (sorry thats about $500 for you). Basically I needed something powerful enough for my style of music which my Yamaha Starter Pack was not going to achieve

Extremly fast neck (although cannot be compared to Jackson Guitars), output is incredible, individual pick up knobs work excellently if you are picky on the type of output you are expecting. Also the strins-thru-Body construction helps keep this thing in tune for quite some time.

ITS F****N HUGE!!.NOT THAT ITS A BAD THING BUT UNLESS YOU'RE IN THE OPEN AIR YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS THING. I DON'T KNOW HOW HOMES ARE SET UP IN OTHER COUNTRIES BUT HERE ITS HELL.UNFORTUNATELY I'VE ALREADY CH…

I DON'T KNOW HOW HOMES ARE SET UP IN OTHER COUNTRIES BUT HERE ITS HELL.UNFORTUNATELY I'VE ALREADY CHIPPED OF THE PICK UP SWITCH AND SOME OF THE PAINT ON THE EDGES. ALSO I'VE HIT MY VOCALIST'S SACK WITH THE WIDOW HEAD WHILE WE WERE JAMMING. FORTUNATELY FOR NOW THE GUARANTEE I HAD ON THIS GUITAR COVERED ITS DAMAGES (EXCEPT FOR MY MATE'S SACK)

VERY GOOD QUALITY, EXTREMELY COOL SHAPE WORTH THE PRICE

VERY GOOD GUITAR. ANY METAL GUITARIST SHOULD HAVE ONE OR SIMILAR. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT EXCEPT FOR THE SIZE AND WEIGHT (MAYBE I'M JUST CARELESS ANYWAY), AND THE PRICE IS WORTH IT. OVER HERE IT IS EXPENSIVE BUT EVERYTHING IS. YOU SHOULD FIND IT AT A MORE REASONABLE PRICE
    ($250-400$)

When u put a pedal through this baby (and through an equalizer and stuff for maximum "awesomeness") u can really make it sound like.....professional. and OMG it plays SO easy u barely have to press down on the strings. i can play REALLY fast on it and sound like kirk (hammett......duh) lol. wel it is so awesome.

ok im dead serious theres only 1 thing wrong with it..... (not that bad) ok the paintjob is so glossy (only black i believe, if not, black more than other colors)that fingerprints show up easily but if u clean ur guitar (just wipe it off) its fine.

omg the quality is great as i already described.i could drop this thing like REALLY ard and the worst that would happen is the paint chips.

ok this guitar is great....if u are thinking about it......GET IT! im serious.

Got this one off music123.com for just less than $450 and had it delivered to my doorstep in less than a week.
i needed an electric guitar so i decided to get a Warlock coz its made for the kind of music i like.

Great sound and tone. You dont even need distortion pedals with these pickups. Its got a killer body and sweet headstock. The fretboards pretty fast too.

Its pretty heavy and doesnt fit in standard gig bags. The strings seem to go out of tune every time i touch them which is very irritating.

The fretboards a beatiful rosewood and the tuning pins make for very easy tuning every time it goes out of tune, which unfortunately, is quite frequently. feels great to hold and im pretty sure i could break a hole in the wall with it.

Not a bad guitar. It is my first electric guitar so i dont have a lot of experience with any past guitars. A must for anyone who likes to play heavy metal but not much use for anyone else.

(This content has been automatically translated from French)
Manufacturing j knows nothing and honestly I do not care.
24 frets total is 4 octaves.
2 humbuckers with a volume control for each of the microphones (2 volumes ... dc) + an adjustable Tone not always effective ... 3 position selector (5 would have been appreciated).
For me to play without vibrato lever if the strings desacordent fairly quickly. Without the lever there is no problem and the game is more enjoyable.

    UTILIZATION

Channel easy to play, frets so very very enjoyable spaces in the treble. (In the bass I like to have room to put my fingers o)
The guitar is heavy but it's muscles.
Look after the good to love (I love the shape c)

I do not play metal or hard rock ...
And I confirm you can play the same with c Cabrel rather pretty.
I scratch at the frets to get a warmer sound and a little jazzy!

    SOUNDS

I was saying the sound can be very sweet and friendly contrary to what the form would suggest.
I play with a marshall 100W AC pouuuuuuusssseeeee!
    Becomes saturated in ca genial!!
We obtain easily the sound you want (but ca ca come over the amp)

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year.
At home in bcp styles (and not just metal and hard rock!) This guitar is very good.
The vibrato is nice, the sound is slamming hot (your choice). Need I say more ...
A good 5-way switch would have been much appreciated but a good 400E can not have it either!
    An exellent quality price ratio.
