SOUNDS

The sounds on the Line 6 Spider III 120 are extremely varied with all of the different effects and amp modeling available. However, while the sounds are good and useful, most of them don't blow me away and aren't extremely realistic sounding. However, for the beginner or intermediate player looking to experiment with different tones, the Line 6 Spider III 120 works perfect and will exceed expectations. However, I wouldn't recommend it for professionals because I don't think the sound quality is up to par.

OVERALL OPINION

I've been using the Line 6 Spider III 120 for about two years and have found it to be a useful amp. It's price makes it an attractive option for amateurs, and I wouldn't really recommend it for professionals as I'm not a huge fan of the sound quality. It is great to have all these effects and modeling in one place and is definitely worth a look for those looking to get their feet wet with different tones and effects.

UTILIZATION

The configuration is simple but time was an infinite possibility of grace all sound effects and all the presets (see https://fr.line6.com/spideriii/sounds01.html all available presets).

It should be quite my style of music because I play the heavy, metal, etc ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 weeks and I play guitar even more than before because I take a lot more fun playing with this amp (I had before a Marshall 15 watt: ia no photo).
Most of the new range of Line 6 is on the screen, which makes all the diffrence compared to other competitors as well as the directional buttons to navigate through the directories DIFFERENT.
Report qualitprix (I pay 375 in store a little haggling trs good compared to other brands.
I would do without this purchase hsiter!

UTILIZATION

Configuration very simple no need for the booklet against the flat at this level is that there are 400 so its like saying my friend before me. A booklet just for navigation sounds could have be advantageous.

SOUNDS

-I play all styles. At the beginning I wanted a good old Fender for a good clean but the distortion was really the worst so I look in the marshall for a good clean but the distortion is a bit heavy for my taste so after I finished look by spyder try and I think it's a good compromise for clean which certainly is not as clear as fender but respectable all the same and line 6 has the largest distortion amplifier in the world is no problem of cot I play metal, clean, blues, country and it's nickel.

I use a Jem7vwh Steve Vai signature sound and nickel more for a good distortion I add a MXR Wylde Dfine overdrive for an aditional boost. It can be as well a fat and heavy as clean light and airy.

For my part I like the preset for Steve Vai and Ozzy

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for several months.

- Yes I would do this choice, although a caveat to my opinion. The chorus effect is combined with a flanger and one can not separate the two for just the chorus, with respect to rest had no complaints, I would counsel anyone.

UTILIZATION

Very simple configuration not need the manual. To navigate the presets sound I printed the list on the line6 site.

SOUNDS

I play all styles and I am intermediate level.
The sound is very good and the gain with the amp Insane (as they call it) is beautiful. We really feel like an amp Engl.
In addition, there is the noise gate so it is very quiet when not playing.
