2 hp 12 "2x50W 11 amp simulation models," valve-Reactor ", 9 effects (reverb, delay, flanger, compressor, phaser, autowah ,...), 2 channels, Line Out, Footswitch, .. .

UTILIZATION

The configuration for clean sounds very simple, turn 2 or 3 buttons and you're done. As for the distos must quibble a long and carefully to find a good but also depends on the sound you want and also get the guitar. I played with a Cort S2800 before and no way to find a harmony between the amp distortion and scratches. I own a Gretsch G5235 recently and finally I found the distortion that suits me. I did not receive a manual with it. In any case I would have not even opened. its use is simple you just need to adjust its sound and press the button x 2 "write" to save the config. Please note that this button is right next to the button "channel" and it happened to me accidentally make a mistake and hop over config:-s.
Disadvantage: the footswitch is supplied with a bit expensive and costs: € 45! Fortunately a friend had an old at Marshall, he gave it to me and it works perfectly.

SOUNDS

The sounds are clean exelente! A true tube amp sound alive and warm.
Crunchy sounds are good for playing the British.
Large distos on the other hand are worse and difficult to configure.
It's clear this amp is not for metal but perfect for the Britsh, pop rock or rock a little harder.
It is perfect for my style of music (pop-rock in French)
The effects themselves are nice -> incovenient -> it can damage the mix ...

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using more or less six months.
I had, before the Vox, a Line6 SpiderII 212. The Vox is much better with respect to the clean and crunch sounds. For heavier distos I preferred the Line6.
At first I was hesitant to buy the 100W instead of the 50W (€ 80 difference). I do not regret my choice! When I hear the power that comes out of this amp, I wonder what I'm doing the 100W. Live in repeats as the master knob is just barely one-half of its travel.
The quality / price is EXCELLENT! Hard to beat: 411 € chez Thomann ... What happiness!
