SOUNDS

Amp very versatile multi purpose very complete
very good clean sound but I haven t and totally convinced by the distos
some are bad but to others may be lamentable, but it is a matter of adjustment
by against the possibility of two different simulations is interresting stereo

OVERALL OPINION

This device seems to me Exess expensive compared to the result
e 700 a year less than would have been not too bad
we are far from the lamp that I think will be a day EVER emul perfection
I have no confidence in the not too soliditbr /> j I prefer rabatre me a whole rack system lamp

Totally agree with the opinion of AL31 ... and I have done more than try this head hastily in a store ... because I possde for 2 years!

I think sincrement as LINE 6 boasts that it is actually the most volumes the amp in the world!

UTILIZATION

SETTING THE part amplification itself trs simple: it's like an amp "traditional"
As against the multitude of effects, speaker simulation, decision-sound microphones (the studio), possible routing of effects pedals etc ... that it should really take the time to try all possible combinations to arrive at its sought-.
The advantage of this amp is that wealth can also become a inconvnient ... because we always try new combinations!
But when you start the matriser bte, about the results we get fabulous ... even for heavy distortion!
As against the distorted sounds plant are not all the top ...
It is better to tweak your own sounds.
The user manual in French is perfect!

SOUNDS

By DEFINITIONS, share the wealth of amp simulation and infinite possibilities of bte ... Obviously should all styles of music ... and fortunately, as it is when m I view this type of amp!
I play it with an Ibanez JEM and a Marshall cabinet 1960, it was on with a baffle in MESA or ENGL V30, would sound even better ... but it is (much) more expensive!
Now that I know use it, I get all kinds of sounds: sounds trs clear, crystalline and Fender Twin Reverb sounds ... or saturated RECTIFIER standards, or ENGL BOGNER!
It's standard!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 years (APRS what I was told I t one of the first to have it in France)
I sold my 9200 + MARSHALL Systm JMP1 to buy this amp ... and I do not regret that choice at all!
The only point that I will ngatif this amp is its price: even around 2100 euros ... although it has down the price at which I had bought and ... this must be added the cost of pdalier SPECIFICATIONS LINE 6 (for me the FBV longboard 550 euros) to optimize bte

To see the line6 site, which I find quite complete ...
résumé in anything is possible, or at least I have not found my limit except crativit ...

I bought a Variax dernirement (CHRE least 400 Euros, to test!) The beginning and that&#39;s the end for other brands because I russi get sounds good trip (Black Label Society, Meshuggah greasy kind ,...), especially one that supports the foot (I also have the large FB) of all your configuration changes (amp / guitar / tuning ), the only problem is that the guitar work two days, and I in May 2006 of rcuperer (thank you milonga) ...

You can do anything, I just found that the baffle is Determines because I have a cabinet maker in (the house) and I get very nice sounds, but I play on a local Hugues, and it muttings not support ... but given the price of both baffles line6 I&#39;ll wait before I make the icing on the cake!

* The rglages (which I do not see the end)
* The connectors (possibility of Re-Amping, easy recording possibility to connect 4 speakers)
* The Majsa are nol as gifts (we went from a 5-wha wha pedals, with new amps, delay ...) and has all free! I know that can give you brand has!
* The community (or its amne each grain of sand, which means that now we have a beautiful dune, with lots of pRSET for everyone, so those who find no happiness, I think they will never be happy in their lives)

UTILIZATION

Usage is relatively simple interface with Mac or PC for the construction of sound is more detailed, a lot of shortcuts on the amp itself where its appearance a little factory but handy.

Mixing clear / distorted is really accurate, the threshold where the sound will die can be configured with certainty, it was for me the great inconvenience of the lamps, you never know how they will be moon!.

Most purists will tell you that emulation is not really faithful to me in comparison to an AC30 is true, it's not exactly the same pile of hair but I also played on another AC30 WHICH was not the same sound as mine!! by year, cabling etc ...

Being able to mix two amps are great because you can take the advantages of each without masking the other. The greatest guitarist using this technique (including SRV)

OVERALL OPINION

I own this head, longboard pedal and the body line 6 (4X12) for almost 4 years.
I had a 63 year vintage AC30 pure rigid cable insulation fabric wax too capricious. I sold it.
I have a Gibson Lab Series L5 (BB King) I am also very happy but it is not very strong and exceeded its third volume does not ring very well.

My favorite is the transportabilitée and easy to implement given the number of pedals and amps that embeds, so the power cutter that allows me to use it gently while keeping the warmth of his (the other band members are happy too!), the fact of change and guitar amp with a single tap at the bottom and the open tunings on the guitar tuning and even a lot of things, not to mention the I do not know yet ...
