This nice little machine is a processor FFECT 1 / 2 rack width 1U. There is in, and classics rverbes delay simulation of guitar (and even with distortion!) Through the sampler, simulated synthtiseur, pitch and so on. It's a Swiss Army knife of vritable multi-effects.

Although it has only analog input-output, this unit is Fully numrique. Medical Treatments of the signal in 16-bit 48KHz 32 following the effectiveness surchantillonnage 48x.

Connectors: one pair of jacks (probably assymtriques TS) + 1 pair of output jack (TS probably, too) + + MIDI In MIDI Out / Thru sockets + 2 pedals for ffects + switch -20 or +4 dB level on the pair of audio headphone Jack + 3.5 mm.

I believe there is something optional (I do not know what by now) that can be mounted in a 19-inch rack.

UTILIZATION

Well, this multi-effects, it is the first I've ever had. It therefore became necessary for me to bone up well the user manual (in French, thankfully!) Until you have on hand. But then, it is relatively simple and complex time. Same even now, there are still some rglages effects that have not russi make sense to me. But just go to a preset pcher rgl factory to make their own rglages and save them as a user preset. Some factory presets are only the effects (may be with an equalizer, no more) and other chains are real effects "hip" one behind the other and simply activate or disable the pluspart of them (some are effects Submitted by default and indsactivables). It is not possible to rgler about "connection" of such chains of effects but hey, they are all fawn dj set in a logical order (we do not put a "gate" the end of a string, for example) do not worry, the BTE is believed ^_______^ But against all custom settings and are often mani ditables re fine even :-)))

I also use it more and more about scne in a configuration essentially synths. For a, it must have a little something more from other processors because the musicians synths always wonder about the Boss scne and I'm sure it's not for its small size ^ ^

SOUND QUALITY

The sound quality is good, say nothing. Apart rverbes are just a few ... But the multitap delay and pitch shifter are bluffing ^________^ Well, now I have a TC Electronic M-One, although latest issue (and for rverbes is no comparison!), But despite this, the SE-70 has effects that the M-One has not! I keep it so jealously ^ ^

OVERALL OPINION

His points:

It is small and easily transportable

He has a lot of effects, even bass amp simulators and guitar amp and it ame a mini-sampler Intgr making it extremely universal employment. I even once used as a compressor for scne voice! ^ ^ Well, c'tait bad but this time the I had nothing else :-)

Quite a few can rglages

Gnial the concept of "chanage" effects :-))))

Its points ngatifs:

I do not see ^ ^

Except that some effects are treated in 32 KHz ... Anyway, the era, computing power silent onreuse ^ ^

I have since ... oops, I do not remember. Let's say I bought the new era for my old cassette multitrack Tascam Portastudio 424. Since I changed three times in multitrack (and I'm even about to change a 4th time for Akai DPS16). This means that I must have 10 years at least (we are in July 2004). And for anything I would not change my little Boss (which is easily transportable, and more!). Moreover, it is indestructible: my TC Electronic M-One starts to have a button that when my little dbotent Boss not move, it is still operating in good condition ^ ^ J'ach terai possibly other multi-effects but I will keep the Boss, no matter what. :-)))
