The Vision Octavia is the evolution of the original Octavia by his crateur Roger Mayer, say anything about the quality of manufacturing but some are a little dtails ergonomic ... weird! notice is also far from being a weird Octavia original level design!

UTILIZATION

SOUND QUALITY

OVERALL OPINION

I've had a big year now and it must be said that in my set is the effect that I use less often: it's so typical! nanmoins there is a kind of mythical ct noise when it switches on, you have to adapt his playing technique and have a good distortion sound for the full use ... if you're not sure what it is made at least a try before anything against you by your fan Voodoo Child you need the pedals!

UTILIZATION

We must manage this distortion effect.
Personally, I prefer to add a fuzz (roger mayer axis fuss or even a rat or the TS9 see 3 lol) I go up the distortion only slightly so, just to have the effect rather than a distortion octavia aditional.
a detail of the entries: I use angled jack and a power supply. And then it just goes.

SOUND QUALITY

It's the sound by octavia exellence.Rien to say.
With my Start, micro serious tone turned to the grave because the effect is very showy, well I believe in myself Who Knows (Band of Gypsys)
Quite difficult to manage as his, and like everyone, we must put just enough, not too much!
This sound is raucous and loud at the same time, it is impressive. That very song.
Of course it is not used all the time!

OVERALL OPINION

I have a few months, and it will builds me a new way to play.
It's pretty rare to have an effect and a distortion all in one, and frankly THANKS ROGER!
