first i want to say im not a pro at playing the guitar but i have played for a while. i own many instruments not just guitars and of those many different brands. i bought this Samick LW-015 from a friend for $80.00 just for something to plink around on when i go camping. now that being said no i havnt played it on stage yet. will i? more than likely yes at some point. how is the sound? like i rad in one review with a new set of strings it is bright. i did put a good set of strings on it. i know i could have went for a cheap set but why would i do that ? that being said it does not play like one of my Martin or Gibson guitars but then again my Martins dont sound like each other nor do my Gibson's. this Samick is my 4th in my collection.
now to the brass tacks, the LW is not built like a $3000.00 Martin this is true. that being said, for the money it is a nice guitar. later years Samick put groover tuners on so 2 of my newer Samick's have them this one does not but what is on it was built very well. the neck is a little thick but cords good. it does have an adjustable truss rod. with cheap strings it did have a buzz but with good strings it sounded good. i was bright and loud. neck and bridge were nice rosewood. i did have to do a little work in the saddle here someone had bumped it and i did lower it a little. probably the next string change i will lower it a little more. all in all i would say that for the money this was a good deal and if i had to go back and do it again i would.

I picked this guitar up used at gutar center for $100. I was loking for something cheap to hold me over while I save for a better one.

I like the look. The satin finish is top notch. The thin neck makes difficult chord progressions that much easier. It stays in tune for a fair amount of time, and seems to have a warm tone similar to some martins if played without a pick.

When played with a pick, it has a pingy sound. I like warm tones, but those who like brighter sounds would enjoy this guitar. After swapping strings, it takes a few hours of play to work the echo out. Other that that, no complaints.

Very solid and lightweight.

This is a great guitar for just sittin' around and picking a tune. I haven't used it in performance, but layed down on track, it sounds pretty good. A good guitar for lazy playing.

I got this guitar for christmas. it came from the domenics music cost $230 canadian

comfortable neck fairly solid wood

extremly cheap strings, especially the low E
goes fuzzy when you play too hard stays in tune for only about a week or so, 2 if your lucky, hard to access frets 16 and higher

as far as construction goes its not too bad ive accidentaly banged it a few times and all i have is one small dent

a pretty bad guitar. you can do much better when it comes to acoustics for just as much money

UTILIZATION

The neck is fairly wide but pleasant. CASC is rather difficult to treble, it does not availing oneself of pan shot.
I find that Samick was strong. it is particulirement robust and well finished. the Hon: Mechanical and Materials are of very good bill. She has 15 years now and has aged well overall.

SOUNDS

I love his sound. low and presents are not invasive. try to have a lot of acoustic in this price range, I still not found a comparable. availing oneself of it despite a lot of personality and has versatility, too.

OVERALL OPINION

This is my first guitar at its very round. it may be worth 150 euros has the era. one has for his money. Report qualitprix is ​​excellent. this guitar is quite rare on the market opportunity and I do not count me spare.
