The mini AmPlug Cab guitar cab will be updated to v2 this year, that’s what Vox announces this week at NAMM.
New features on the Vox AmPlug Cab G2 include an increased output of 2W (0.7 on v1), the addition of an additional power amp that allows for connecting a guitar or external player (iPhone included). The mini enclosure was also improved, it’s now made of a more durable ABS plastic.
The AmPlug Cab G2 retains its 3” speaker from the original and it’s powered by a 9V battery or adaptor.
