Performance zero since the sound is awful. The real Axxe him with a single tilt simply has nothing to do.

OVERALL OPINION

Well, emulate a synth that has a single tilt as Axxe and offers only two waveforms, this in itself is a bit silly. The general pattern seems easy for someone who knows the synths. Unaccustomed to the type Arp synthesizers, I quickly found my bearings. KikAxxe runs on three different machines:
A dedicated music PC: AMD Athlon64 X2 Dual Core 4600, 2.41 GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram.
A dedicated music laptop: Asus Model Z92Jseries A6JM, Core Duo T2400, 1, 83 Ghz, 2 GB Ram.
A laptop running with Vista: Toshiba Satellite 300-120, Core2 Duo T5450, 1.67 GHz 2048M Go Dram.
I have no problems with the three configurations. However, it is fairly CPU intensive and requires a configuration with a good processor - Dual Core or Core2 Duo and 2 GB of RAM to work smoothly. Below, the soft doire "rowing" seriously. For my part, I did not notice any bugs.
To the right CPU, from the same file on Live 7, it is 16 to 17% on the AMD Athlon64 X2 Dual Core 4600, from 23 to 24% on the T2400 Core Duo, and 14% on Core2 Duo T5450 running on Vista ...

OVERALL OPINION

I've since its release.
What I like is being able to build a sound combining sequences, sequence and pace. I especially like being able to combine sequences and synth drums, assign different patches, to have six different kicks, create a pattern and you can edit it easily with filters.
Otherwise, even paying a little more, I would have preferred a few more options in terms of waveforms available. But it's a detail.
I have a good instrumentarium combining hardware, VST, and synths and I am demanding of my apps.
KikAxxe became one of the synths I work with most. I can not get enough. What interests me is to get out of the sequence leading to say conventional things progressive and experimental. I combine it, including the Ems Synthi Avs, emulation Ludwig Rehberg Ems Synthi Aks of. The KikAxxe has become for me an item to my creations.
What I like also is being able to create sequences very "spaces", air, Crystaline, but really "dirty" dirty, cradingue. It is this diversity that I love.
Clarification, it is perfect for Ableton Live. It works wonders with native effects. I am thinking of reverb and Delay Filter.
