Jake E Lee and his technician asked Majik Box to modify the overdrive circuit of the Body Blow stompbox for the new Signature pedal.
The Majik Box Body Blow Jake E Lee Mod overdrive is a Body Blow model which EQ was modified so that the bridge humbucking pickup of Lee’s Charvel Strat can be more low-end focused, with a sound that could remind the P-90. The Red Dragon Cartel guitarist (and before that Ozzy Osbourne and Badlands) also wanted to add gain to the original model.
The Majik Box Body Blow Jake E Lee Mod features Gain, Level and Tone knobs as well as a True Bypass switch. It is build and handwired in California and is now available for the US street price of $239.99.
