OVERALL OPINION

I'm a fan of pedal overdrive / distortion *.
I thus acquired the T-Rex MAB for a specific purpose and knowing that, no, she does not have a huge amount of gain.
The aim was to find a subtle overdrive, capable of both a beautiful clear sound dirty but also to push even further an already saturated his (so tube screamer) and there, this is the best!
It works in two cases perfectly for me (with very beautiful + or afternoon on a nice clear sound), with a finer grain than all that I have tried and / or possess, all in one quiet operation impressive.
This notice applies to a config 'Telecaster' custom 'Texas Special pickups equipped with 2 amps in (a Carvin Valvemaster / Celestion G12K100 + 1 H & K Studio 84/Celestion RockDriver Vintage)
* My OD pedals: Ibanez TS9 (Japan), Plexidrive Wampler, Wampler Triple Wreck, Benrod Classic screamer, Zvex Box of Rock, Hughes & Kettner Tube Factor Blackstar HT Dual, Proco Ratt (sold).
