The box is compatible with all the data formats sent through Toslink (ADAT, S/PDIF, AC-3/Dolby Digital, DTS...).
The ADX-16 kit, which includes a receiver, a transmitter and an AC adapter, is available for $199 excl. VAT. It is made in Switzerland. More details at appsys.ch.
