We will say that it is a direct box with balanced signals can be switched to a silent accessory type tuner ...
I use it for 2 weeks. Bought to try to reduce the breath of a Taylor 314CE. I said "tried" because despite the specificities described by Taylor, to no avail. So the only benefit to remember is the silent switch to a tuner.
I even opened to see how it was done within (professional bias!) And is a galvanic isolation transformer based + one electronic switch for switching external jack to 1 / 4 "(Tuner).
Certainly very short to anyone who will be able to switch to a quietly accessory but that does not solve the pb blast of Taylor. (Pb blast which incidentally was much reduced when changing cable Jack / XLR that connects the guitar to the mixer, but I hope the little breath left would be eliminated by this boiboite in vain)
