The installation and config have no problem. The registration code plug is via the internet, but can be done from another machine (no need to release his studio's computer to connect to the web)
The manual (for those who need it) is in English, well done and comprehensive.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
my config: Motherboard Asus P5Q, Intel Dualcore 2x3, 16GHz, 4GB RAM, Fireface800. I use it with Samplitude11 pro without ever having been a problem since 6 months I use it extensively.
Bit greedy considering the quality of the beast.
OVERALL OPINION
The value for money ($ 149) this simulator is brilliant!
If Amplitube, GuitarRig were POD, this would be a plug of StudioDevil MarshallJTM45 or MesaBoogie. It happens to forget that we are not on a real amp. He respects the sound of the guitar, and especially the dynamics of the game: we get to go from clean to crunch or saturated solely on the attack of the pick. It sounds clear, nervous, without the "plastic" from other simulators. The sound "out of the loudspeaker, there or that of its competitors seem to" get stuck at HP. " The reverb is anecdotal, but it is not the main interest of this simulator. It is not for people who want to sound "variety" with a little pink ribbon and a reverb around to hide the weaknesses of its gross (those who seek it will turn to one or Amplitube GuitarRig) but for those who love the sound definitely rock, rough, like "I have a guitar, a jack, I put an amp on 11, and too bad for the neighbors!"
In short, if you do not have a very good amp and a room where you can do it "scream", a very good mic preamp and a very good where you plug your microphone, try it.
If I had not purchased, I advise to do it! I will also surely fall for their bass amp simulator I've tried the demo and that is the same level of quality.
