The Johnson J Station is a multi-effets/preampli modeling guitar amplifier, speaker simulator, plus all the standarts utiliss effects and a tuner.
It is equipped to:
- 2 analog outputs for use Mono / Stereo
- 1 SPDIF digital output
- Noon to 2 sockets communication with the software provided and rglage utiilsation with a foot controller
- One headphone jack
only regret was not an easy one format will integrate into a flight case
UTILIZATION
The use is very simple, one branch is chosen and its preset motion.
use with the software is really the easiest and most user-friendly, we can all parameters using software so easy to use.
more thanks to the Internet can download more than 250 presets on the official website johnson and thanks to a "make" sound banks more qu'intressantes
SOUND QUALITY
So the point of view of sound quality, I would say that the J Station buried (by far) in the line6 pod or behringer VAMP (for trying).
You still have to know that the brand is now owned a Digitech Johnson (still a REFERENCE) and the J Station is manufactured on MSMEs that multi-channel effects in digitech.
the amp models are of good quality without reproducing the original but a perfect copy of a Picasso will never be the original.
I use repeating with my amp peavey classic 50/50 (rack) and my JCM900 cabinet and get the sounds I want.
to work at night in my home studio, the digital output associated with the speaker simulator are quite effective and so easy config.
OVERALL OPINION
It's been a year and a half that I use in repeated and in my home studio and if I repeat a c'tait without hsiter Rasht.
only regret format not easy to integrate in my flight case so I built a system that for racking (for those that have INTERESTED, a lil mail).
