Fender Mini Deluxe EXPII

I bought this amp in Winnipeg, Manitoba at Long & Mcquade for $70 Canadian.

Its tiny and perfect to bring to your friends house to jam or to a second house of yours... its perfect for travelling and can even fit in your pocket! The sound isnt too bad. It runs on batteries! To test it out i attached it to my belt and ran down the street playing it lol. It worked like a charm.

The overdrive on the amp is awful... but what can you expect from a mini amp? :P lol

The counstruction is great... havnt found anything bad with it yet.

The bottom line is if you need a practice amp or just a amp to bring to your friends house or just to travel with, this is it.

UTILIZATION

Architectural configuration simple with three buttons is very easy rgler. No need for manual

The sound is easy to find.

SOUNDS

Clear sound ... trs clear precisely ... It's Fender
For it is also against cold and trs mtallique (quite acute load), and finally for this type of amp should not expect much and then can be corrected by pushing the tone to the bass.

For cons, the more you push the drive and it dgueulasse. The sound saturated (or even just crunch) is itself unworkable, with far too acute frquences Submitted. One has the impression of having a saturation involuntary, as if it cost a headphone amp distortion on a headphone amp dpourvue simulation. Can be corrected just by turning the tone all the way to the grave but the sound becomes "pasty" ...
I tried plugging in one of distortion pedals, it's not really better ...

OVERALL OPINION

I've had a week and I returned to the supplier as part of the guarantee "satisfied or remboursquot; ...:-P

What I like most is its compact Reduces and what I like least is its sound.

I have so far not tried other models of this type and other brands so I did not forcment well aware of what an amp of this type can

Report quality - fair price without taking into account sound bad.

I do not have that choice, and referrer point me towards a more other models.

For those that do drang has not had a footprint slightly larger, I recommend a Roland amp type that Microcube Submitted functionality and sound quality far more satisfactory.
