It is a transistor amp with all models.

Mic Input (for singing) I have not tried
Entry "Line" handy to put an MP3 player or a drum
Output line to take out the sound to a PA or PC sound card

No effects loop and ca I missed to put a loop station because the latter serves as my guide and metronome rhythm goes wrong in this amp, it gives a sound kick in a rusty trash.

Power is a fair bit in the clear (I do not use the distortion) but it is good enough to cover his archtop acoustics.

There is a compressor that I find very useful and can be remotely exploitable reverb but for the rest I'm not a fan effects.

UTILIZATION

At first I was surprised by a very annoying breath, even unplugged jack, more as soon as I used a sound effect very significant artifact made the amp unusable (I'm not manic but not let it buzzz).

I tried to find the solution.

Instead of the little 9V provided I put another 9V but also bigger and heavier retrieved from a network router, and the breath is illico reduced, it remains a bit but you can easily reach the forget.

In addition I put a jack high quality between the guitar and the amp and small artifacts farewell dice we used effects.

I confess to not having read the manual.

SOUNDS

The sound is quite limited by the diameter of HP (its a bit hollow) but it's still okay to work on even manages to be fun. I have not tried because I do not use distortion that sounds.

I play at the moment on an Ibanez artcore ag 75 and I want a jazz sound.

To get a good clean sound but I really struggled moeleux and I still mess. I advise initially (it is a base and then we affine) to bottom on the treble side neck humbucker but the volume knob on the guitar rather than the middle and especially not at the bottom, in contrast to the tone the amp back in the bass (left) the volume of the amp but the gain back almost to zero for a crunch almost absent (but not quite) and then try several simulations if you want more crunch down on the amp volume up and the gain can also refine the knobs on the guitar and the tone of the amp.

If I have to give ONE advice is to take a jack high quality, it makes the sound more than I would have thought at the beginning.

The AC30 is simultaneously interesting and BTO clean, the rest I get from time to apreciate and sometimes not because I can not find the adjustment pil hair works.

OVERALL OPINION

I month, this is my first amp.

What I like most is that even with rechargeable batteries it has a good battery and a volume and you can enter a mp3 on input line to accompany and ca be properly mix with the sound of guitar.

I regret the lack of effects loop, the transformer too light, too little hp to give a true sound. But above all this breath which you can not get the amp really close to home and suddenly we want to play a little harder and HP does not follow.

I did not know what to take so I bought blindly, since I have an idea a bit more specific about what I want.

I feel like I would have done better to put a little more expensive but I would have fallen far worse and this amp has allowed me to mature my plan to buy a second.

At first I hated this amp but it goes I will discover the charm ... must be tamed.
