Thread Anyone spare some time to crit?

Hello, hello,

This is a wonderful forum, chock-a-block of ideas, hints and great music.

I've been involved with music for around 20 years now, but only started recording on my PC a few years back. I currently have recorded and mixed a song (Scottish traditional) using Cool Edit Pro (Adobe Audition) and FL Studio 5. Being a relative novice when it comes to recording, I wonder if anyone has any spare time to listen to my mix as it stands and give crits.

The song is called "THE YOUNG EMIGRANT'S FAREWELL" and you'll find it on a temporary webpage at www.members.optusnet.com.au/%7Emintyjones/Songs.

There's a couple of other songs - feel free to listen to them, although they are low quality mp3's.
