Gibson USA introduce the new Supra version of their SG guitar, equiped with 3 humbuckers and a piezo pickups.
On this model announced at US $5299, Gibson have chosen flamed and figured maple, and three humbucker pickups along with a piezo saddle system by Fishman for players who want acoustic tones. A TogPot is dedicated to the center humbucker pickup, while a volume control for the piezo equipped with a “smart switch” allows for adding acoustic sound and splitting the signal to stereo (piezo and humbuckers) or summing mono. You will need a special cable sold separately to use this split function.
