Well I think it's better not to dwell on such details that have been raised many times ..
I put 6 on a question of price / quality ratio.
UTILIZATION
In terms of configuration, there is nothing simpler. There are not hundreds of buttons are thus necessarily use is fairly intuitive. I speak of sound in the part reserved for sounds (normal what ..).
If not in the manual, memory, I think it is not too thick (like 3 or 4 pages per language at most), I too had the courage to read it since I had no problem settings or anything.
SOUNDS
I play blues, funk, rock, and a little bit of shred (something that serves no purpose except to make the demonstration and play technology for technology ..).
My guitars: Telecaster Standard Stratocaster deluxe player, LTD EC-1000.
Well I play for a little over 4 years and I bought this amp when I started, I had not even tried, I just had an amp to play.
In clean: Start with the sound is good but not great, it looks so round (whether in the neck position and bridge) that sometimes I feel like I'm off on the low tone. Otherwise in jazz, but I have not really tried it seems to me that if that's what you're looking to do not even think about this amp
With the drive of the amp: always stratum must not exceed a certain threshold, otherwise the sound becomes rotten that we have the humbuckers or not. Even if you push the gain to 10, there will be in sound (not hum) a good overdrive, but it will not sustain what is rather a pity.
Personally, I do not use the drive of this amp, I have a multi-purpose boss ME-50 which is in my opinion much more effectively than the gain of 15R or blues overdrive cranked.
As a matter of too big round, I put 4
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 4 years.
Asset:
- A fender amp for use at home even if it does not show in my opinion its the real fender
- The price. This is one of the only products fender or you do not pay the mark (in fact, at this price is a bit difficult).
Disadvantage:
- The sound is no longer appropriate when one takes a little experience, but remains good for beginners
With budget in the 100th, I would recommend a marshall.
Namely, this amp is an amp to start, so in itself it does not need to have a great config, perfect sound, and drive a foolproof and no buzz.
I would not have to redo this choice, but hey if I were advising someone I would say first to go and see in others and finally for the Fender amp for beginners
