« Fender Frontman 15G »

I got this amp from Guitar Trader off the internet. I got it because I needed a new practice amp that has good sound. I paid $79.00 for it.

For its size/weight, this little amp can really put out. When you crank it all the way up, it can rallte some windows, or at least make people complain about it being too loud:) It has a 3 channel equalizer, which works well. Its distortion channel sounds pretty good. And its clean channel is bright and crisp. It also has a headphone jack, which is great for late-night practicing. It also has stereo imputs for hooking up a CD player or something along those lines.

When you do crank it up all the way, there is a slight hum, but, of course, you don't hear it when you are playing, which is what an amp is for, right, not sitting idle. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

It is built great, Remember what name is on the front. Fender put time into fit and finish. It has the metal plated corners, and a metal grile, things that normally come into play at much higher price ranges. All of the knobs and switches are smooth and work good.

The Bottom Line. This Amp is a great value for the money it costs. Sounds good and looks good, and it is perfect for practicing, for any experience level.
