Fuchs Audio Technology is proud to introduce the first signature amp to ever bear the hallowed Allman name.
Here’s what FAT had to say:
“The son of Gregg Allman, Devon is both a gifted singer as well as a talented guitarist and has begun to establish himself as a worthy of carrying the torch of his famous family’s musical legacy. For the last few years, Devon has been touring regularly with a stock Fuchs ODS-100 and over that time Devon and Andy have been making tweaks to the amp to further refine the amp tones to better meet Devon’s personal needs as a player.”
This signature amp has a true 100-Watts, series/parallel effects loop, a “deep, warm and lush” reverb, mid and gain boosts, a sweet blackface clean channel and ""that great overdrive Fuchs is known for.
The Devon Allman Signature ODS incorporates a number of Devon’s personal tweaks and adjustments to various select portions of the circuit to embody the custom circuit tuning that Andy and Devon developed over the past two years of collaborating on Devon’s tonal needs, the company says. A custom face plate and cosmetics, as well as a plate bearing Devon’s signature adorn each amp front, and each chassis is signed by both Andy Fuchs and Devon Allman.
NAMM Show: Devon will be appearing at the Fuchs booth in E Hall, Booth 1681 on Friday, January 15th and 12pm and Saturday, January 16th at 1pm at the 2010 NAMM Show.
Price: TBA
