The point fun at last. Marshall, Grand Marquis, one on which everyone plays. And all the kids who say, yeah, I'll go buy the amp Jimi Hendrix! It's pathetic. Enjoy its renamed this point, I think it's picking his.
the clean pass. The distortion is awful. Plus you CRVE transistor. You will say "yeah, but it's an amp transistors that cheap." Certainly. But cheap transistor amps that sound, there are, and that the is not one.
    1 / 10, to clean.

Where the rub is when we go in full. Sure, the gain in the distortion goes away, but the sound is really cold, slimy, too shrill, irritating to the ear (!!).
With the gain in half (small crunch) it goes something like that.
Very good clean sound, then, saturated sound disgusting, but you can always remedy this by buying a distortion pedal.
10/10 to clean (for the price)
    4 / 10 in saturated

    OVERALL OPINION

I tried it twice with a girlfriend. I have at home an all-tube amp, and the clean sound of marshall really surprised me.
I hate full, I think you need a pedal.
It is in the $ 100 I think it's honorable for the quality of the amp. Although the OD is bad, it works and can play ca. I think that's the kind of amp that we take the first amp, in my opinion a very good choice.

I use this amp for two years

what I like most is its power (battery easily follows, friends who play, or meal fammille ^ ^)
what I like least is its distortion too present, too aggressive but once you catch the thing is nikel!
I have not tried the model before the
I think the value for price is right and it can be great but after that we play the style that makes the difference

8, because once again the very classic and affordable!

    SOUNDS

eh bein quite honestly pleasantly surprised! for a 15w spits enough, the knobs are an action on almost all of their course, the settings quite effective!
I started with a Chinese copy of faster recovery in wilkinson telecaster and I had plenty to amuse myself alone in my room (and wake the neighbors thereby!).
sounds clear to me relatively satisfied, although some are split on this point, the shiny side of the telecaster passing my taste pretty well, and with the reverb (spring) not out at all, it will out pretty good!
about the distortion, we move from a nice crunch to a distortion free playing of gain, although a bit messy at the end of the race, but the grain marshall is there, but recognizable Transistorized!
function fdd sensible lamps simulate more like a boost, but brings a little touch of warmth and amplitude significant! we can shape the sound easily, while staying in a register "Marshallian", blues rock HAD to! with a good distortion pedal it goes okay too!

go there also earned 7 Fairly!

    OVERALL OPINION

I have 3 years and I am satisfied for the use I have!
being a bass player wanting to make the guitar as a hobby but have no budget delusional (even if ultimately I play more guitar!), I do not use more of the masses but it is "good at everything do ", the receiver who is not afraid of transport and evenings for the horse to hard! very convenient and compact!
Compared to other ibanez peavey rage and equivalent power, it is the one who convinced me the most, especially the reverb and the Marshall side, having a soft spot for the grain of these amps!

correct value for money, bought a secondhand fifty euros shipping included, to remake the same conditions!

but when you buy an amp in this range and this budget should not expect either to have the sound of madness of a stack tube, and the whole thing to be aware!
to start and keep the same amp as work is impeccable!

a good 8 under the conditions described above!

This thing is quite amazing for the price. This is a 15 watt practice amp by Marshall that sounds fantastic. It has two channels and each channel shares the same EQ such as bass middle and treble. What is also great about this amp is the ability to plug an MP3 player of CD player and play along to your favorite backing tracks or MP3 songs.

It is rally a simple front panel with just the few eq's and the gain and volume. It has a small button to go from the clean channel to the dirty channel.

There are two things that make this unit different from the new NG15CD amps is the added reverb in the amp as well as the emulated line out

    SOUNDS

I love the way this sounds with a Gibson Les Paul. Marshall and Gibson even though were created by different people on different continents somehow were eternally designed to match each other. They just absolutely make the best sonic sound that music can probably make.

The clean channel isn't too bad abut the thing sounds best to me in the dirty channel. Even when the gain is turned up all the way it still managers to retain the note clarity and string separation needed to be audibly desirable. The is a very promising attribute when jamming along with this amp.

    OVERALL OPINION

The thing isn't going to sound like your Marshall JCM 800 or Marshall JVM amp or anything but it was never built to compete with something like that. These amps are made for entry people and people who just need a cheep practice amp. You get a two channel amp that sounds superb for being a solid state amp and the price is just to hard to pass up.

I would recommended this to anyone looking to buy an entry level Marshall amp and doesn't want to break the bank to do it either. Also, for someone who would like to play and jam silently at home or in the office and wants to have a decent tone as well.

    SOUNDS

Marshall is the legend! but without proper lights ... it is a little less legendary. We come to an agreement right away: this amp is not made for a pleasant sound. is made to send some of his home to train, develop barre.le clear sound is quite steep, but with a bit of reverb it gets pretty. The FDD switch is required 100% of the time, otherwise we will retouve with a raucous "hidden" ... I do not know if I'm making myself clear. ith the button, it is far from the lights but the sound is a bit more now. I do not understand the point of having replaced the Middle adjustment for me indispensable EQ contour by a button rather ineffective. I find more distortion propore inoperative, but quite enjoyable for a student. on the other hand is a nice testing ground for the pedals, that much cash, and the amp is quite clear in its friendly character of the guitar (stratocumulus and paul for me.) Brf, the sound is not great. Besides, very few of breath, and cash almost anything (bass, microphone, mp3)

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 3 years, it was my first amp. It is no longer manufactured now, and I replaced by a more powerful vox. Incidentally I always use to travel. First, because the clean sound is exploitable, and the animal is especially robust in robust! No digital, real connections that hold the road, cash anything (except a knife, the grid is a simple cloth). He traveled in the Pyrenees, in Germany, southern France, and is currently with me in Austria. No loss of sound, no power loss. it's solid solid home. In the hold of a bus or in a rickety plane, it is equally at ease, arrived safely at their destination, and even if he falls he gets up.
With my experience, I tell myself that the resale price of the craft will never be equivalent to the services it continues to offer. For coffee concerts it is even sufficient for an apartment that's cool. externalities well received, power friendly, spring reverb, portability, with the new battery amps I do not know if it would be a good choice, but 3 years ago, it's worth it. Afterwards, as the main amp, for sure it is light.

The manual is clear, but almost useless (except for beginner but you still even be head picks for tampering not understand a bit).
Is obtained easily because the little knobs and the sound is not bad for an amp of this Category:-small-not much, doing office Gnrale first amp (it was my case included in a pack with a guitar) but you can find better and more diversified for a 10-15aine euros more (see review overall).
But it keeps deserves to be simple!

    SOUNDS

Good this amp really act first amp or amp booster ... not anymore.
The sounds are clean ... clean. The overdrive is not that great, but you can get good sounds ptit blues, crunch, rock, hard rock and pushing a max, almost a little mtal (palm-mute). But hey c is not exceptional, it remains less than 100 amps!
I played it with a Whale (guitar beginner's pack) and then with my ESP LTD KH-202.
I then changed to a line 6 amp SpiderValve 212 (lamp so), ba is the day and night at his level ... but also size and price ^ ^ "
In short, it's still good sound, you can dpatouiller with. I even managed to make some repeated pushing to half 3 / 4 volume.

    OVERALL OPINION

I used it to end 2005 end 2009, and it served me well! For a first amp, he was so pretty, but maybe the prfrez MG15 DFX (for effects and more).
It can also use extra amp, but I think microcube are better quality and its diversity. Because it's true default is to have diversified sounds not truly possible (you can go get ... ... 5 sounds really DIFFERENT while in overdrive).
But hey, qualitprix report is good, but if I had to choose, or if I had several tests / advice before buying my first amp in the same price range, I would port to the MG15 DFX or better microcube of Roland (100 and tip top).

Very easy setting: just turn the knobs to get your tone.
No need for a user's manual.

I use it with my Epiphone LP Standard Plus for rock and pop (also a bit hard rock and blues). The amp is perfect for these music styles at home, but the output power is somewhat low for rehearsals with a band.
If you take the time to look for a good sound, you can really get it.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've been using it for 1.5 year and I'm happy.
I didn't try any other models before: it was my first buy with my first guitar.
A great amp to learn and practice guitar.
    Good value for money.
Based on my experience, I would try other models but I thing I would have chosen this one.
